Orders & shipping

Orders of $120 or more ship free. For orders under $120, a flat rate of $9.90 applies, regardless of how many items are in your cart. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you confirm.

We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Once it's on its way, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Larger pieces, like lounge chairs and tables, may travel on a slightly longer schedule.

We currently ship across the continental United States. A few remote areas may take longer or fall outside our range — if we can't reach your address, we'll let you know and arrange a full refund.

Yes. When your order ships, we'll send tracking details so you can follow its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to start updating.

Products & materials

At the heart of our range are natural cotton and solid acacia, chosen because they feel good, wear well, and soften with time rather than breaking down. You'll find full material details on each product in the collection.

Our outdoor pieces are made to live with the seasons, but natural materials last longest with a little care. We recommend bringing cushions and textiles inside during heavy rain or storing them away over winter — there's a short guide to this in our Journal.

Both are low-maintenance. Cotton textiles do best with gentle, cool washing; acacia stays beautiful with an occasional wipe and, now and then, a light oil to nourish the grain. No special products are required.

Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Full details live on our Refund Policy page.

Once we've received and checked your returned item, we process refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show the funds.

We're sorry to hear it. Please keep the packaging and get in touch within 7 days of delivery with a few photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Payment

At checkout you can choose to pay by card, through PayPal, by bank transfer, or with cash on delivery. Each option shows its own set of fields so you only fill in what's relevant to your choice.

Payment details are handled by our payment providers through secure, encrypted channels, and we don't store full card numbers on our own systems. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
