01Acceptance of terms

By visiting tasklure-hub.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any policies they reference, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

Tasklure Hub is an online retailer of outdoor and home relaxation products. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Tasklure Hub. Our contact details appear at the end of this page and on our Contact page.

We work hard to show our products accurately, but colours, textures, and finishes may appear differently from one screen to another. Slight natural variation is part of the materials we use and is not a defect.

All products are subject to availability. We may change, limit, or discontinue any item at any time, and we may set limits on the quantities available for purchase.

05Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may be updated without notice. While we take care to price every item correctly, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will let you know and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.

Payment is taken at checkout through the method you select. By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and that you are authorized to use them.

06Orders & acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only once we send you a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — and where we do, any payment taken will be refunded.

07Shipping & delivery

Delivery timeframes, costs, and the regions we ship to are described in our Shipping Terms. Estimated delivery times are guidance, not a guarantee, and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

08Returns & refunds

If something isn't right, our Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work, including the time limits and the condition items need to be in. Please read it before starting a return.

09Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, graphics, logos, illustrations, photography, and the site's design — belongs to Tasklure Hub or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10Content you submit

If you send us feedback, reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business, including on our site and marketing channels. You confirm that the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

To the extent permitted by law, Tasklure Hub will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the courts located in Denver, Colorado.
