Refund Policy

We want you to settle into your purchase and love it. If it isn't the right fit, here's exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Tasklure Hub.

01Our promise

If you're not completely happy with something you bought from Tasklure Hub, you can return it for a refund or exchange within the window set out below. This policy sits alongside, and does not take away from, any rights you have under consumer law.

02Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. After 30 days we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange, though we'll always do our best to help — just get in touch.

03Condition of items

To be eligible for a return, items should be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • Free of stains, odours, and signs of wear beyond a gentle try.
  • Returned with any tags, covers, and original packaging where possible.

We understand a cushion needs to be sat on or a blanket unfolded to know if it's right. A reasonable inspection is fine — we simply can't accept items that have clearly been used.

04Starting a return

To begin, contact us with your order reference and let us know which items you'd like to return and why. We'll reply with simple instructions and the return address. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back so we can match it to your order.

05Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are usually issued within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the item. Depending on your bank or provider, it can take a little longer to appear on your statement.

06Exchanges

Want a different item instead? Let us know when you start your return. If the piece you'd like is in stock, we'll arrange the swap. If there's a difference in price, we'll either refund or request the balance before the new item ships.

07Non-returnable items

A few things can't be returned for reasons of hygiene or because they were made or finished to your request. Any such exceptions will be made clear on the product page. Gift cards, where offered, are non-refundable.

08Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault that isn't down to normal wear, please contact us within a reasonable time with a photo and your order reference. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping.

09Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of sending the item back to us is yours, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, we cover the return cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.

10Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund you're expecting, first check your bank account again, then contact your card provider, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received it, please reach out and we'll look into it with you.
